How to Report

  1. The whistleblower contacts WhistleSafe through any of our available channels—toll-free telephone lines, email, or the secure web form.

  2. Upon receiving the complaint, WhistleSafe gathers all relevant details from the whistleblower.

  3. A formal report is then prepared based on the information provided and is escalated to the appropriate level of management and/or the client’s board of directors, depending on the nature of the complaint. All reports generated by WhistleSafe are carefully anonymized to protect the identity of the whistleblower.

  4. Following the client’s internal investigation, feedback is communicated back to WhistleSafe.

  5. WhistleSafe, in turn, provides an update to the whistleblower regarding the status or outcome of the complaint.
